We can offer LEDs from 365 to 1550 nm, which exhibit very low variation of optical and electrical parameters, high degradation stability and high efficiency of the LEDs.
Our LEDs are available in various housing design. Additional to the common 5mm or 3mm plastic housings, SMDs in 1206-, 0805- and PLCC-housings are available too. Housing, angular distribution, wavelength and optical power can be adjusted to meet customer's needs. Infrared LEDs are also available with switching times of 10 ns or even less. Furthermore, TO-cans for high reliability and high temperature range are also possible to assemble.
Typical applications are safety engineering, automation and all fields of optical sensors.
